Terms of Use

Terms of use for imaginationthatworks.com — the rules of the road for visitors to our website.

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 20, 2026.

These terms cover your use of imaginationthatworks.com. They don’t cover the services we provide under contract — those have their own agreements.

We’re Imagination That Works (“ITW”, “we”, “our”), a women-owned exhibit design studio based in Ardmore, PA. Questions about anything below: hello@imaginationthatworks.com.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse the site, share links to it, and reach out via the contact form. By using it, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise misuse it
  • Not impersonate ITW or our team
  • Not use it for anything illegal
  • Treat the contact form like real correspondence — don’t spam it

Our content

The text, photographs, project case studies, and design of this site are the work of ITW and our collaborators. Treat them like any other copyrighted work — feel free to share a link or quote a sentence with attribution, but don’t reproduce substantial portions, our images, or our case studies elsewhere without permission. Client logos and project imagery may be subject to additional rights held by the client; assume so unless stated otherwise.

If you’d like to use something — for press, a school project, anything — just ask. We’re usually happy to say yes.

We sometimes link to clients, partners, articles, or tools. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they do or say. Their terms apply when you go there, not ours.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise it’ll be available at all times, free of bugs, or that everything on it is current. Don’t rely on it as legal, financial, or technical advice.

Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITW isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to what you’ve paid us for site access — which is nothing, because the site is free to read.

This doesn’t limit anything we can’t legally exclude (such as liability for gross negligence or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in courts located in Montgomery County, PA. If you’re a consumer outside the US, your local mandatory consumer-protection rights still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms when something on the site or in the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when we last touched them. Material changes will be noted on the site itself.
