Project orchestration
Every engagement gets a dedicated project manager matched to the build, with senior leadership oversight from kickoff through final sign-off. Schedule, budget, design, technology, and the production network all run under one contract.

Strategy and concepting
Before there's a drawing, there's a question. Skip those questions and the design phase pays for it. Vague goals, wrong audience, a story that doesn't carry, technology that doesn't fit. We work through them up front. You walk out with a written brief, concept sketches and mood boards, bubble diagrams, floor plans, and a master plan.

Exhibit design
Spatial layout, narrative flow, materials, lighting, look and feel. We translate the brief into an exhibit that holds together aesthetically and operationally, at any scale. The people leading your design have done this work before, at the scale you're operating at.

Content and copywriting
Reader rails, panel copy, audio scripts, video voiceover, label text. The interpretive layer that turns objects into stories. Written in-house alongside the design, not handed off to a third-party content vendor after the fact.

Interactive technology
Touchscreens, projection walls, RFID, show-control automation. Built in-house by our technology integration team, alongside the exhibit it lives in. The interactive layer ships ready, tested, and supported.

Fabrication and print
A curated network of specialist shops, matched to each project. Foam carvers, metal workers, scenic painters, precision lighting, print houses. We pick the right partner for the build instead of forcing every project through one factory.

Installation
Crews on the ground, on schedule, with the technology powered up and the displays aligned. We run install from logistics through final sign-off across the US and Canada.

Refresh and repair
Most exhibits live for years. The content needs to evolve, and things need fixing. We swap reader rails on fabricated exhibits, update displays on touchscreen-based ones, and fly techs out for on-site repairs when something breaks.
